Nigeria trio on the shortlist for African Footballer of the Year award.

Nigeria trio of John Obi Mikel, Ahmad Musa and Kelechi Iheanacho have been named in the 30 man shortlist for the 2016 African Football awards.
Reacting to the nomination, Super Eagles captain John Obi Mikel twitted:
